+H454 Posted September 16, 2017 Share Posted September 16, 2017 I think with "strange" games its something like this: strange = different different = new New = good - mostly Rarely But older ideas have more refined game play. With very "new" and "different" Ideas, sometimes there is too much going on too to get a whole game to be really good. I like weird stuff, don't get me wrong, but sometimes too new or weird just doesn't work. But even when the gameplay isn't great, there is something strangely captivating about strange games. Stuff like Sneak King is weird AF, but I'm glad it was made.
