I thought since I haven't done this for a while that I should start writing more about my experiences with the number 47.
On channel 47, which is The Weather Channel here, they have a show called "23.5 Degrees." I don't know the significance of the number 23.5, but if you double it, you get the number 47.
And of course, 47 popped up in my recent Odyssey pickup. One of the cards in Football has the number 47 on it. I scanned it. The back of the card says "PUNT" on it.

But unfortunately, I just haven't been seeing my favorite number recently very much. Perhaps it will pick up if I actually watch more TV.
