masschamber
Well judging by the phenomenal response and all my searching the answer is no. Must mean the thing is kind of middling as if was awful there would be shrines to its terribleness, if it was a hidden jem they'd cost a fortune on ebay

It came out at time when there were about a dozen other consoles already on the market, and it didn't do anything groundbreaking, nor did it really excel at anything. It just got lost in the shuffle. If more people knew about it there might be some shrines to its terribleness. And last I checked, they do cost a fortune on eBay. A small fortune, anyway, but still far more than the value you'll get from playing it.
Lord Thag
I have one with a bunch of games. Kinda plays like an Atari 2600 with intellivision graphics. They are not half bad, some of the arcade ports are pretty good, but it has a small library, and there were a bunch of foreign knockoffs if memory serves. I kind of enjoy mine, but it's not something you will play every day.

BassGuitari
$100-150+ generally seems to be the entry fee for an Arcadia these days. Sure, that's not as high as Ballys and APFs tend to be, but it's not a trivial amount. That's about what you'd pay for a Jaguar (a notoriously expensive system to collect) with basic hookups and one controller. One of the notable things about the Arcadia is that its library has some ports of the most obscure arcade games imaginable, many of which never appeared on any other console AFAIK.
