BassGuitari Posted November 9, 2016 Share Posted November 9, 2016 It's too bad Atari Corp. didn't really accessorize the 2600jr. or 7800 or XEGS the way Atari Inc. did with the Video Computer System/2600 (and to a lesser extent, the 5200). Carrying cases, cartridge storage and "game centers," a gaggle of different controllers, etc. The 2600jr. and 7800 had such good-looking designs that are just begging for matching accessories. A storage/carrying case for the XEGS would have been a great accessory for that system, given its unwieldy number of components (console, keyboard, joysticks, power bricks, disk drives...).
