Katsu
Just uploaded up my book review for Tim Lapentino's "Art of Atari" to YouTube. I highly recommend this book! It's pretty inexpensive and covers a lot more that just the artwork! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sq0HQUBQUa0
Eltigro
I saw this in a comics/gaming shop amd showed it to my gf as a hint for Christmas. She didn't catch the hint, so I'll probably have to go buy my own. lol

To their credit, the kids reminded their mom, but my wife didn't follow through. It's a great book. Check out Amazon for it though. They have it at a great price.

She didn't catch the hint, so I'll probably have to go buy my own. lol Thankfully, my wife did and the book managed to exceed my high expectations. It's worth owning for the art, it's worth owning for all the hardware porn, it's worth it just for the interviews and write-ups. I wish every console received a book like this.
high voltage
This should be merged with the thread under Atari 2600 perhaps? Anyway, nice review, watched it all the way through. Edited January 4, 2017 by high voltage
Retro STrife
Thanks for sharing this. Since first learning of this book months back, the title has misled me to believe that it was mostly a collection of photographs, just showing off artwork from Atari boxes, ads, etc. Glad to see that it's much more. I'll have to pick up a copy.
