Meant to indicate that I figured it wouldn't work, given the notoriously low odds of these ever working, and so would have just kept it as shelf candy since I like how these look and the unit looked to be in good cosmetic shape. When I tested it, I was amazed and very pleasantly surprised that it actually does work fully, and realized it should go to a collector who will better appreciate it.
