RJ
Using methods presented here, I cleaned my used paddles I recently bought & it seemed to work. However, my problem NOW is for plyr 1's (left)paddle to work at all, the wiring cable needs to be physically held/pushed in at the point it enters the back of the plastic paddle case. This is very awkward while playing- any ideas, short of rewiring it? Also, for seemingly irreparable shaky paddles, couldn't one just install new pots? Does Radio Shack/anyone still have them? Rob Mitchell
Couldn't one just install new pots? Does Radio Shack/anyone still have them? I suggest cleaning the pots again and again until you get them right. I've never had to clean a pot more than three times within 5 minutes .. until perfect. And I've always used isopropyl alcohol. Replace the pots? NEVER! If you have a bad wire .. you gotta rewire it! Rob Mitchell, Atlanta, GA
