The Beamriders started the bottom of the 1st inning with three straight singles, only to be shut down with a triple play! Both teams got big hits throughout the game but were shut down by the other team's defense. It was scoreless until the top of the 9th when the Snakes got some big hits and a walk to take a 1-0 lead. The Snakes shut down the champs in the bottom of the 9th to win 1-0. This gives the Beamriders their first loss and the Snakes their first win. A stunning upset! The Deadly Dogs got some good hits in the 6th inning and scored a run, while shooting down the River Raiders 1-0. Deadly Dogs have a five game winning streak. That's seven shutouts in a row.
