Is "Go For The Gold" a possible game release?

Recommended Posts

Since it was a compilation of previously released games, all programming work was done. And that includes a menu to select the game. It was released on the Intellivision Lives CD in 1999. Skiing, Hockey, Boxing, and Basketball cartridges and roms are all commonly available. I think reproduction boxes of the original Mattel compilation design are available too.

There was a cartridge planned called Winter Olympics. It was to have new games but, according to intellivisiinlives.com, no programming work was done. http://www.intellivisionlives.com/bluesky/games/credits/1983b.html#winter_olympics

Some questions Rev...

Is the basketball on Go For The Gold the NBA version or Slam Dunk?

Is the Skiing the original US Ski Team version or Mountain Madness?

Is the hockey the NHL version or Slap Shot?

Is the soccer the NASL version or World Cup?

Is the Tennis the original or Championship version?

Have any tweaks been made to any of the games?

Can't wait to see this one come out. Love that overlay too!
