Black screen on boot

Recommended Posts

I guess the place to start would probably be to open her up and remove all the socket chips, clean the legs etc with isopropyl and then reseat (keep tabs on orientations etc).If not at least give each a quick press. If its been sitting for ages, particularly if it has been on its side or upside down some of the chips may have worked loose, or the contacts have started to oxidise if the environment is a bit damp.
