+thegoldenband
It doesn't have a great reputation, but I had a lot of fun with Immercenary. My wife and I enjoyed Psychic Detective quite a bit -- if you're going to play an FMV game, it's a good pick. The PlayStation version is cut, so the 3DO version is the one for choice. We also had fun with Kingdom: The Far Reaches, a reskinned version of the laserdisc game Thayer's Quest, though the sequel isn't available on 3DO. Burning Soldier is well-made, but will absolutely destroy your hand if you use a controller without autofire. Return Fire is a trip. Finally, the one everyone cites as the system's killer app is Star Control II, but I haven't really played it yet. AD&D: Slayer is also supposed to be fun -- I need to spend some time with it.
+madman
Nice score, check out the 3DO exclusives thread here for more tips on good games. A fair amount of games are still available NOS for relatively cheap.

homerj
Shockwave 2 is worth playing. I liked the first one more but it's not bad.
