Schizophretard
Yep, I remember making this correlation as a child. In my mind at the time, there were sort of like two 'eras' separated by just a couple years - Woodgrain systems went along with the earlier-style carts like these: 263185-outlaw-atari-2600-media.jpg ....And a bit later came the system with the glossy black front, the 'Vader', that I associated with the silver/rainbow stripe carts: nz26002.jpg It seems like this style came a bit later, never had many of these as a kid: 66e915945ac83aeece1bd80c41a6a6fc.jpg I think of the red carts as Junior carts:
Good_Times
I think of the red carts as Junior carts: I just (re)learned of this 'Junior' yesterday, heh. I might have seen ONE back in the day at a friend's house, but I do have foggy memories of seeing rows of them on clearance at KB Toys for, I believe, $9.99. It kind of looks like a proto-7800. Trying to decide which system I want to start out with. I've received offers for most of 'em, so it's just a matter of making a decision..... +sramirez2008
I love this case. I might eventually need one. I prefer the one that we had back then, though...ours looked basically like a turntable set-up, smoked plexiglass and all. One small downside? It only held maybe a dozen games. The others stayed in a lidded shoebox. Did it look like this? I keep controllers and power supplies in this one. I also came across a much slimmer variant of this. Looked nice, but not as much room to store things.
mr_adam67
So I picked the case up today and got some better pics. This is the lady :-)

mr_adam67
As per previous posts, I was looking for a value on it as I'm looking to sell it. She's not getting the love from me that she deserves. Gonna put it up in the marketplace. Any suggestions as to what I should be asking?
+KylJoy
I have one. There seem to be obvious perfect spots for for: Atari 2600 console 2 joysticks 2 paddle controllers 12 cartridges So, where does a power supply go in this thing? Check this out - no space for it: Or is there?!?!?!? The full reveal! I never had the manual. Is that where it is really designed to go? Thanks!
