Guest Posted June 7, 2017 Share Posted June 7, 2017 Until today, I had the Atarimax SIO2PC-usb working fine now this curious one has occurred. Through Prosystem - select WRITE ATR to REAL ATARI DISK 1050 starts formatting, completes first pass, then stops (at centre) then reports Drive1 aborted [read timeout after 4500ms] please bear in mine, this has to be an SIO2PC/APE/Prosystem issue, the 1040 will format real disks - either thru DOS 2.5 or through Rob C Menus etc and will attempt to through Prosystem as per above, before it fails any ideas?
