RamrodHare
I think I will eventually get my 7800 modded. I did happen to check out electronic sentimentality but he has taken a hiatus as his wife has cancer. I will check out the guy on ebay. Sent from my LG-M153 using Tapatalk It's extremely easy to mod a 7800. There are plenty of tutorials online and there are forum members who will do it for a lot less than people on eBay. The cheap $10 or less mods work great on the 7800. I modded mine and had no issues at all. If you aren't comfortable doing it yourself, I understand. Most of the websites and eBay sellers who offer mod service are doing it to make a profit. A very BIG profit. That's why I suggest finding a forum member who is willing to help you out if you don't think you can do it on your own. There's plenty of info on the forums about modding systems, so you should read up on it before deciding what you want to do.

The directions on the electronic sentimentalities website look pretty simple to me. I think I would go with another svideo mod. The 7800 really is a replacement for a 2600. If you really want to expand your library into 7800 games. If the Concerto cart or whatever it's called now, was available for purchase I would buy a 7800. Really I would just purchase one to play Robotron 2084 and homebrews.
