Atari 2600 collecting app

I've used apps called simply "2600", "7800", "Jaguar" and "Lynx" by a company I believe to be named Little Bird Applications (Software)? to keep track of my collections for quite some time. The latest iOS refuses to load them (I suppose for being 32-bit) and instructs me to contact the software vendor for an update. As the app is no longer listed on iTunes and a web search results in no hits, I am at a loss on how to recover my data (short of sorting through my (not so big) collection again.

 

Anyone with the same predicament who has a solution or at least idea how to contact the programmer or at least read my data?
