Unfortunately, Microsoft has obsolesced the map widget that this feature uses, and the current version of the "Member Map" is no longer supported or maintained. However, it is in active development for the latest version of the forum software. Come January, I am going to focus on upgrading the forum to this new software, and I'll make sure the Member Map makes a return.
