I know he always supports Free Play Florida (I think he lives in Florida). I wouldn't be surprised if he made those carts & put it all together. He was busy with work, which delayed the shipping of his "Spies In The Night" homebrew (Amazing game). He always comes through and free play is super legit. He lives in South Florida and always goes to FPF. I am sure he is just busy with the convention.
