It was like this when i got it, they are wooden ball knobs glued (pretty well i might add). I opened up the controllers and cleaned/refurbished the traces for all the buttons. Also, the side buttons on the controllers are kind of soft and mushy. They work fine, but on my main system, these buttons are hard and have better response in my opinion. See images for cosmetic condition, there is one image that shows only significant damage where it almost appears cracked, though it's not. RF cable included, or take $1 off if you don't need it.
