Serial # Question - Photo

I noticed this label on the back of one of my 4 switch woody consoles and didnt know what to think.

 

Werent the systems made in Taiwan after 1977? If so, were some manufactured in Sunnyvale?

 

This label is identical to my Heavy Sixer label except for part of the 3rd line.

 

Any input would be appreciated
