TAV
Hi - Here is my gaming center set up which was built to fit the space that I have, it works well for me, easy to play and switch from console to console and keeps things pretty organized for the most part. Constructed with 2x4's, shelving, counter top, plywood and Music Mate cartridge holders for my 2600 and 7800 games, 5200 games still in a box on the shelf, someday I would like to build some sort of storage shelf/rack for them. Anyways thought you may find interesting or helpful if you are looking for ways to organize your collection, this type of set up could easily be scaled down as well.

+save2600
Now that's a really, really sweet setup! Love the carts displayed like that all around the TV. Looks great and designed for easy pickens. And you're playing one of my favs.
TAV
Thanks all, I really wanted to use my old CRT for the monitor but due to space I opted for the LED. Also were you able to see the cart in the 2600? I plan to try and come up with an option for my 5200 carts soon, if I come up with anything good i'll post it. +save2600
No, was looking at the screen... that's Infiltrate, isn't it?
TAV
Yes, it is a hack of Infiltrate (Batman), i thought it had a picture of the character in the screen shot, opps.
bikeguychicago
The only things missing are the beams of light coming from the cart wall
bikeguychicago
I'm also impressed that you managed to fit all of those Ataris on one shelf, especially with a 5200 and 5200 Trak-Ball side-by-side

TAV
Here is what I came up with for storing my 5200 cartridges... I thought about going all the way around the room about 6" down from the ceiling but decided on this option.
pacman000
Looks nice. Clutter free, and it shows off the lable art well. Also, I like that Pac-Man toy on top of the cabinet. Is it an lcd game?
TAV
Thanks! The PAC Man is an alarm clock, if I remember correctly it makes a PAC Man sound when the alarm goes off.
