SignGuy81 Posted January 8, 2018 Share Posted January 8, 2018 (edited) Not sure if this is something that has somehow just affected my console or anyone else has been affected as well but yesterday my console updated, and ever since I cannot sign in. When I go to the upper left to sign in, press the home button on the controller, or the green rectangle that says sign in on the home screen all I get is the sound, but no popup to allow me to sign in. Has anyone else experienced an issue? EDIT: It isn't just signing in it is if I click anything at all on my screen I get the sound it normally makes but it doesn't do anything. I can't load jack.
