ACML
Will MOSTEK MK4564N-15 RAM work in a 1200XL?
Rybags
I don't see reason why not. Number at the end usually denotes access time, supposedly Atari need <= 250 ns and you have 150 ns there. I think factory fit to XE went as low as 120. I put 64x4 from a 90s graphics card into my 600XL, not sure what it was, might have been 90 ns. Simius
The access time isn't a problem. The problem can only be a number of refresh cycles. But not with MK4564 which has 128 cycles.

I see that the 4564 and 4164 have the same 128 refresh. So from that, they should work? Also, this clears up why the 4164 is not compatible with Micron 4264s. The 4264 has a 256 refresh. Simius
These with 128 cycles refresh will works always. These with 256 cycles needs the newer ANTIC "E" (C021697 or C021698).
