I'm not sure how complete mine is, but it was pretty easy to get the handle off. I have a box for it, but I don't believe I have those 4 way rings. I'll have to take a look at that again now. Get some WD40 in a dropper and hold it upside down while you try and turn it clockwise. Put very tiny drops of WD40 between the plastic and shaft while you turn it.
