BoatofCar Posted March 15, 2018 Share Posted March 15, 2018 I've got to admit, I was way off in my preconceptions about Urban Champion. I'd always just seen the box art and thought it would be sort of a cute-style Double Dragon. I had no idea how...not great it was (though not without charm!) When I was a kid and played Popeye, in my mind's eye it looked exactly the same as the arcade game. After years of playing the original on MAME and returning to the NES version, it was definitely a letdown, especially when you compare the NES version of Donkey Kong to the arcade original.
