So I spent a few hours making my roulette Virtual Boy game playable. It works now. It isn't very exciting, but it works. You only get one wager for each wheel spin, though. You move the gambling chip like a cursor over the wager you want to make. Then press Start. A number and either "WIN" or "LOSE" will show up depending on the wager you made.

Later on in the development, I will add a bank roll tally so you can keep track of how much you win (or lose). I just made roulette because aside from video poker, that's a game I know how to play. I doubt I can program a version of video poker. That is beyond my programming capabilities. First, you'd have to make 52 variables, then keep track of which cards have been dealt, and then the code to see what type of win you won, it hurt my head just typing that.

So what's next? I think I might be able to do a Blackjack game. It would still have 52 separate variables, but all it does is add the variables value to see if you go over 21 or not. Of course, it might be difficult for the aces since it can either be 1 or 11. I guess in the code if an ace has been dealt and if the player goes over 21, make the ace worth 1 instead of 11.

But for now, it is what it is. I'm making the project available. You can download it here: http://www.atari2600land.com/casino/casino.zip I've also put a readme file with the game with instructions on how to play my version of roulette.
