I don't know if I can make it to the 18th. I may have to re-watch a couple of episodes.🙂

Hahah, thanks Steve! We'll be doing some After Dark's soon (one possibly tomorrow). I've been a little under the weather for the past couple of days preventing me from streaming. Almost better though!

Damn, I guess all the "organic packing material" will be gone, then. Bummer.

Did all of the PRGE interviews get posted?

Amazingly there's still FIVE more to post, the 5th AHA's unfortunately ate up all my time after I edited most of them. Now that I'm on a 'break' I'll be able to get to the remaining interviews, which are:

  • Dion Olsthoorn
  • Lewis Hill
  • Todd Furmanski
  • John Champeau
  • Argon Team

It'd be nice to see the rest of these... before the next PRGE. ;)

That would be nice! I dropped the ball on those and really need to finish them all up. I think I just got overwhelmed with editing them all. I'll make it a priority to get them done very soon.

Welcome to the VCS 800 club James. I've added Stella, Altirra and A7800 to mine. They all work well, especially when you combine them with the 2600/5200 "Daptors". Most of the Recharged games are pretty good too.

Very cool!  I bought a VCS 800 about 6 months ago but haven't used it yet (I spent most of my time trying to get it to register my account lol).  I didn't realize you could add all of those cool emulators and even use a 5200 trackball! :o What version of Stella does it support?

Steve, I'll send you a PM so I don't clog up James' thread with basic VCS questions. :dunce:

Thanks so much Steve! Looking forward to exploring the possibilities of the system on Friday's stream and talking live with @Dionoid about his two homebrew titles Amoeba Jump and Tower of Rubble that are on it!

After a long time trying I finally beat my personal arcade best last night at Satan's Hollow with 87455 points (only 45 million or so off of the world record) and was able to get the #1 local score at my favourite arcade, Capital City Arcade!

I also beat my personal arcade best at Bosconian with 129240 points, which places me 3rd on the high score board.

I know I can do better on both of them so I'll keep trying, especially to knock off the top Bosconian score of 185900, which I think is very achievable.

Any progress? :ponder:

Ask and you shall receive! Here's the first of the "second batch" of interviews from last year's PRGE just in time for this year's PRGE! ;-) Huge apologies for the incredibly late release of this interview from last year. Thank you once again to @Dionoid for the interview!
