Thomas Jentzsch
I have to say I'm extremely impressed with Assembloids 2600. Really fun puzzle game! Anybody else play it? For sure! Assembloids is great for a short break. And when you play it for longer, you can get into a mode where brain and hand become most directly connected. Thomas Jentzsch
Super Cobra Arcade stood out to me, it looks incredible, very impressive. All current ARM based games look impressive. If not, then the developer would have failed to use the extra power this modern hardware offers.
high voltage
No way, original Super Cobra on VCS was great, played it for hours until the end was reached. Awesome VCS game. But I like this new version as well.
Metal Jesus
No way, original Super Cobra on VCS was great, played it for hours until the end was reached. Awesome VCS game. But I like this new version as well. Surprised to hear this from so many people. For me, the original Super Cobra was one of the games that pushed me as a 10 year old to start looking at the C64 for a better arcade experience. Even as kid I could see the 2600 was way past it's prime at that point and could barely run those types of games...
