It's tough but fun, multi screen kong platform madness. Checkout the graphically updated Enhanced and Arcade versions too.

I kind of expected that Panic Express was a direct clone of Stop the Express (Hudson Soft) for the MSX, ZX Spectrum and C64, but it only seems to share the train view, rest of the game is rather different and more varied.

I voted for Panic Express...before I played about 10 games and beat it. Glad I picked Blaster as well. Panic Express is fun...not sure it has a 2 week shelf life, though.

Loco is flawed as you can rack up more points when standing still and shooting stuff than for making progress in the game. Shame as it's a nice idea for a game.

 

Both these two can go as future bonus games, perhaps with a really good train game like ESC's Hijack (though it's PAL only)

So this game either requires a 8 Mbit AtariMax cartridge flashed to its fullest, or a 1 MB RAM expansion to your Atari? Or emulation of either of course.

Thanks carlsson Ahh I figured they had a new post for such an exceptional project but seems they just added it onto the GTia Blast thread you found.

We don't ususally play games that need extra RAM but this will be a bonus game (luckily I have it on cart!) anyone who can't run this game can play an alternative, of course it may not win the poll too
