OX.
Can someone supply a link or upload this game if you have it please? Had a quick look over on WHTech but couldn't see it.
Omega-TI
I found 5 versions of Asteroids in the TI Gamebase, but no Enigma for the TI using multiple search methods. A Google search brings up your original post. Could this possibly have been for another platform or a local program that never made it out into the wild? You'll not find in the Gamebase as I didn't put it in originally, I want for the next release.
Omega-TI
SSSD.dsk Pretty good game Aren't we glad I archive all this stuff? If it's good, hopefully it makes it into FR/FG99 .BIN format soon then. YES - But now I'm wondering how big your archive is! I spent more time than I'll ever admit to looking for it and came up empty. WOW ! it is missing in my archive too ! thanks for sharing You know, if it was missing among your massive collection of stuff, I guess it really was obscure! I sent physical disks of it and one other (don't recall) some 5 or 6 years back. I'm not a game player, so I don't pay much attention to all the game talk. I do support those that write games in TI Basic and Forth, however.

PeteE
If it's good, hopefully it makes it into FR/FG99 .BIN format soon then. Is anyone working on it? I'll see if I can figure out how.
Opry99er
Does this game require cart RAM?
+arcadeshopper
Worst case mini memory is a bin for finalGROM99 Is anyone working on it? I'll see if I can figure out how. Sent from my LG-H872 using Tapatalk
PeteE
If it's good, hopefully it makes it into FR/FG99 .BIN format soon then. Does this game require cart RAM? Yes, it requires cart RAM and GROM - so you'll need a FinalGROM99 to play it on hardware. I took the Mini Memory ROM and GROM and preloaded the game program into the RAM address, and added some initialization code to set up the scratchpad RAM, then changed the program list in GROM. Put the files ENIGMAC.BIN and ENIGMAG.BIN on your FG99 SD card. To use with MAME, rename the .zip to .rpk. To use with Classic99, put the bins in MODS\enigma and you'll need to create a user menu entry in classic99.ini: [UserCart0] name=Enigma rom0=R|6000|2000|MODS\enigma\enigmac.bin rom1=G|6000|2000|MODS\enigma\enigmag.bin There are some sanity checks during initialization - if the cartridge RAM check fails it prints "NORAM", if the GROM check fails it prints "NOGROM". I learned many things in order to do this: - How to read from GROM in machine language - FG99 doesn't load the GROM if the program list is in the ROM header - How to use xga99.py - The GPL instruction XML (execute machine lanugage) jumps from the GROM into the intitalization code in ROM through a table Enjoy!
