By sheer coincidence I was wondering a few days ago where I'd stored this utility, hence why I ended up here, I haven't reflashed it in years! Brilliant device, Richard just sent it out to me when I asked about it (12 years ago!), bit surprised, sent him back a cheque. Trust! I keep an off-line Windows XP machine for Vectrex programming, as I find a lot of what I want to use doesn't like Windows 10. Maybe you could build a VM with Windows XP or Windows 7?
