You used to be able to directly report conversations to eBay, but it seems they removed that ability at some point. I'd call them, though, and read them word-for-word each of his messages. Do people not understand how international shipping works? It's very random how long packages take to arrive, but it's usually around two weeks. Sometimes sooner, sometimes longer. And that there's absolutely nothing you can do to make the package arrive any more quickly once you've shipped it. I ship a ton of international packages from the US and it's rare to have someone complain about the shipping time. He shipped immediately and it was across the pond in two days. Where it promptly languished in customs for 10 days and took another 7 days to get to me on the west coast of the United States. No shipper can be responsible for customs and postal delays. Now that the item has been shipped, he's going to play the give me my money back card? What is he going to do, try for a refund and then keep the item too? I will not tell you what I think of the buyer's behavior, because all the expletives would probably get me banned from AtariAge! Ordered it first week of October from a Chinese seller and it got here 3rd week of November. I wasn't too worried because it was a $5 game. Same thing with a chip puller, couldn't find one locally for some reason so ended up buying one from a chinese seller on ebay. That one took over 2 months and I forgot all about it since I did end up getting a local one shortly after. Again, a cheap price so I wasn't concerned but certainly shipping from overseas is a crap shoot when it comes to estimating arrival times. Having said that I wouldn't buy anything expensive from overseas on ebay, only if I knew the seller or was from here. Maybe my math isn't so good but wouldn't that technically be wasting about 3 weeks of time then? Also, I wonder how he survives sitting a month in front of his computer screen clicking update every minute. What does one do in all that time to eat, sleep, pee, etc? I mean, that's a whole month of his precious time!
