I saw where you earlier said it didn't do anything, but it looked like it was because you were still in the process of making the game. Sequence controls the order in which the scenes will appear. "Arcade" gives a scene order intended to represent the scene order from the arcade game. "Home" gives a scene order for home play, which includes the missing drawbridge scene and links the scenes in a more logical order. Home mode is also slightly easier, since it will only force you to replay a scene once if you die on it*, and will not force you to play both directions of the mirrored scenes.
