Macintosh software for sale, what is nautilus?

I have a ton of software for sale. I cannot test it since I don't have a macintosh. I have a question, what is nautilus? I got like 50 of these cd's, and I have no clue what it is...

 

Well, here's a list(I have tons of books too, but haven't listed them out yet. I will post pictures soon):

After Dark The ultimate screen saver collection(has manual and floppy. The package containing the floppy does not appear to ever have been opened)

Microsoft World Program(all 3 of these microsoft word 3.5" floppies are in a paper envelope type thing)

The Software Toolworks World Atlas(is a cd, still has manual and all that stuff, it still is in the shrinkwrap, but it appears that the shrinkwrap was cut and that the program has been used)

Quicktime Starter Kit(still has the box, box is a little beat up. Has the manual and everything, doesn't seem as if it's ever been used)

Adobe Type Manager floppy and users guide, still in the envelope it was mailed in I think

Easy Alarms(in a large box, has floppy and manuals and stuff)

Time Tables of History Science & Innovation(appears to never have been opened, in shrinkwrap, has user guide and cd-rom)

Managing Your Money(has a huge user's guide and also has the floppy)

 

11 Floppy disc looking things that you put a CD-ROM in(check out the picture to see what I'm talking about)
