General Atarian
I have a "boing!" a rarity 8, I would like to trade it for a waterworld. Boing is in near mint shape so I would ask that waterworld be in average to above average condition. Hey, I know it is a long shot, but I thoughtI would try. +cvga
Which Boing is it? The fancy cart or the squared-off one?
CPUWIZ
It's the XONOX one.
video game addict
How often do NTSC Boings come up for auction? Seems like people go crazy of Waterworld, so it's almost always coming up for auction, I don't see near as many Boings on ebay. I'm not mad crazy about 2600 auctions either so maybe I just don't notice them as much. Seems to me it'd be much easier to replace a Waterworld down the road, than a Boing. Just my opinion. Pitfall Harry
I totally agree. An NTSC Boing! is harder to find than a Swordquest Waterworld. No doubt about it. When you think how Boing! is like 10 million times more fun to play than Waterworld, it's totally mystifying to me why General Atarian is having difficulty swinging this trade. MegaManFan
Since I've got a repro, I'm not that hard up for it any more. The most I'd pay for a loose one in decent condition is $50. I'd trade for it but I doubt I have anything matching it in caliber or rarity.
General Atarian
Thanks for all the posts here. I think you guys are right. Boing does seem much harder to find. Also, your right, i thought this might be an easy trade. I'll just keep the boing and count my blessings i had it in the first place.
