Shannon
Anybody got one? I picked up one of these babies but it didn't have a power supply. I'd like to find out if it actually works.

MegaManFan
I have a spare but it's packed away for the eventual move, which means I won't be seeing it again 'til late August or September. If you haven't found one by then, let me know.

Atari Rescue Group
I saw one today at a flea market but didn't ask about the price. The guy had a ColecoVision 2600 converter too--that one was $15. Too pricey for me. If I go there tomorrow and the CV power unit is cheap I'll grab it for you.
tyranthraxus
Sorry I don't have a spare but you should be able to find one for under $10 on ebay. Given how heavy it is the shipping might be expensive. Try for a cheap one on ebay, few peopel seem to bid on them when they show up. John
Atari Rescue Group
I saw the power unit but the lady wouldn't sell it because her husband (who was there yesterday) wasn't there today and she knows nothing about the video game stuff he has. She said he'll be back next weekend. I'll go back next week.

Shannon
hmmmm seems the colecovision I got my hands on has the level select bug which from reading the FAQ's is caused by a fried SN74LS541N chip. I actually think (with my recent 5200 experiences) that I can fix this. But someone from here also told me that colecovision's are kinda finicky about power supplies as well, does anyone know of a website or anywhere that talks about this? The power SWITCH is often flaky too. You should take your CV apart and give it a real good cleaning first and foremost. Do it outside - I've heard MANY tales of roaches inside CVs. CV is a great system - once you debug it.

Shannon
Hey thanks guys... I may be able to get away with not having to do anything. It seems the power supply was a little loose (so I messed with the prongs a little bit). The level select problem goes away when I have the roller controller hooked up. Now how is that for strange? The weird thing is I was trying to use the super action controller, seems they don't have any buttons mapped to the "normal controller" buttons. Or am I missing something. I don't think I have any super action games yet.
