Help with Steem Atari St

I am just getting started with the STEEM engine. I can get most of it to work but I am at a quandry over a few items perhaps someone can help,

1. First how do you play games with multiple disks. I have tried to load them using the disk manager but it doesn't seem to work for me.

I click on the disk manager, and look for the asked for disk, and click on it. But this does not work.

2. Is there a way to load all the disks at one time. I am trying to play Ancient Art of War in the Sky, which has eight disks. But STEEM does not find any of them that are not loaded from the beginning.

3. Another thing I am having issues with is the keyboard, mouse, Gamepad. The devices seem to work on some games, yet not on others. I can use the Keyboard on some games, but

when I go to use it on the next game, I get nothing
