eegad
Phoenix is the game I've most been hoping for on 8bits for...decades at this point.
TrekMD
Oh wow, that is awesome! The only home conversion I know for Phoenix is on the 2600. An 8-Bit version will be excellent!
+sramirez2008
Wow! Those pics look amazing. I hope this leads to a 5200 conversion too.
+Allan
Read Philsan's post #6. He lost it the unfinished game. Someone will have to start one from scratch. Allan 2

Both are 6502 so maybe a straight conversion would be easier than coding from scratch.
Rybags
Would be nice if this came out to fill another gap in the arcade conversion list. What would also be nice, probably nicer, would be Exerion. Though the technical demands would be somewhat higher, possibly even more so than Galaga.
Mclaneinc
That BBC version looks dead sweet..Shame the Atari one fell through...Mind you, most of us have MAME so it's out there...

+Philsan
Didn't know Falcon, it reminded me Phoenix (Homesoft version doesn't need OS-B). Obviously it's not Phoenix and it's a simple game, Phoenix 2021 is better.

Can we get a 5200 port of this? 1

Chris+++
Eagle Empire on the C64 is an extremely well done conversion of Phoenix. The title was changed because the programmer was unable to obtain the license. I wonder if there's an equivalent for the Atari eight-bits -- i.e. definitely Phoenix, but with a different name. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jqcpq-CFepI Edited March 14, 2022 by Chris+++
