Magmavision2000
Remember, this is a one-off, a pilot, I may pick this back up on a later date or someone else can continue it (I'm totally fine with that), but for now, this is the only HSC I plan on hosting. Welcome to the Sega Saturn HSC! This HSC Game will be Fighting Vipers. This is one of my favorite fighting games, it gets a little repetitive, but it has good music and some crazy hidden characters! Rules: 1. When you post your score, don't forget to post which character you used. 2. There is no "High Score" in the game, you have to get through the game as quick as possible, please don't use any exploits or glitches that will allow you to get an unbeatable time. I'd recommend you use the Japanese version, but any version on the Sega Saturn will do. If you don't have a Sega Saturn, or Fighting Vipers, Mednafen, Kronos and YabaSanshiro seem to be good emus (I haven't tried them, but according to the Emulation General Wiki, there pretty good). The deadline for posting scores is May 2nd at noon Central. I hope you have a great time playing! Two others I tried wouldn't run either - one loaded, but I couldn't get it to run the game. The other one gave an error message saying some file was missing. roadrunner
I tried a few Saturn emulators, a couple i couldn't get to work (missing DLL's) I did get Yabause 0.9.10 to play a few games, Battle Monsters, Lode Runner. Use Bios V-Saturn 1.01 (J) A few other games like Strikers 1945 and Strikers 1945 II the speed is way too fast.

I got more games to play on this emu, Hang On GP and Terra Cresta 3D Have to change bios for different games, select all files then select track 1 reset emu or exit and restart emu don't check start in full screen mode hard to get out of. I started thread about this in emu here on AA
Magmavision2000
I'm going to extend the deadline to May 10th, 2020 12 PM Central. Happy playing!
jblenkle
I have not been able to get an emulator to work for me (most seem to be for 64-bit computers) so I probably won't be playing unless a future game is one I have in my collection.
Mikebloke
I might get my saturn out in time to try this, but I've just got a straight pal version. Probably time it saw daylight again.
