I'd like to do a little experiment using the TiVi edtor I'm currently working on.  What is the largest DIS/VAR 80 file you were able to load and browse on the TI-99/4a?   I'm trying to get my hands on some big DIS/VAR 80 files and with "big" I mean that it should be at least > 100 kilobytes.
