Check out posts on the 7800XM to get more information! Thanks! You could correct me if I am wrong, but the XM looks to be years in the making and years in the shipping. If there was a way you could add pokey to your cool invention, it would be MUCH appreciated

It doesn't really contain any logic. So I don't believe it is that simple to just add a pokey inside the thing to suddenly have it work and even if it was, this lock-on is only for 2600 games and does not contain the traces for use with 7800 games which, are the only games that would require and use the pokey. The external audio line from the pokey in the carts I believe is on one of these extra cartridge pins that the 7800 uses. 1

This only works for 2600 carts and won't even accept a 7800 cart. This was never meant to be a replacement for the 7800XM because I love the idea and respect the heck out of @Curt Vendel.

+Neon Wraith
Hi @ChrisKewl can you please add me to the list for two of these? This is wonderful and would keep my 2600 in storage. Less space taken up by extra consoles is good!
ChrisKewl
Good morning everyone! As we speak I am continuing to print cases for the new batch of Lock-On 2600s. This weekend I fractured a bone in my right foot so I may be a week late on shipping these. I am hoping to have these ready ASAP. Thanks for understanding!
+SmittyB
Here's wishing you a speedy recovery. To be honest I don't think I'd be able to build and ship anything with either foot so you're clearly skilled to be able to do that with just your left. ?
+wongojack
I finally got to test out my Lock-On this weekend, and it worked great. I'd actually been thinking about building something like this for myself with wires and a donor cart(s). I'd also looked at getting one of those Game Brains to serve the same purpose, but buying this was simply cheaper and easier. I love it. The community was probably overdue for something like this being widely available. 2

ChrisKewl
The completed shells have been mailed to @winz_mod and should be delivered on Monday. It'll take him a week to put them together and then they'll be shipped out. I have contacted everyone who requested a cart. We will be evaluating if we will do a Round 4 or sell these via AtariAge's store. Thanks!

+Kaboomer
Finally got mine (after USPS lost the first one!). Absolutely love it. Played a few of my Activision games on my 7800 without smashing it in the OG 7800 slot! Very much a must have for any 7800 owner IMHO. Just a note that somehow USPS lost mine on the way the first time, so asked to have it sent priority the next try. @ChrisKewl was very easy to work with and has a "hit" product on his hands! Thanks Chris! 1
ChrisKewl
Just a quick update: Round 3 carts have been shipped out by @winz_mod. Everyone should've received a DM on tracking. If you haven't please let me know. We are still evaluating our options on placing stock in the AtariAge store. Thanks for being patient! Let me know how I can assist.

envytomdead2
I received mine. It's very nice to not have to rip cartridges out of my 7800. I often play when my daughters are sleeping in the room across from ours. I used to always worry the noise was going to wake them every time change a game. +original_gamer
Thanks for making this available. I received mine over the weekend. I've tried it with a supercharger, uno and harmony carts as well as several activision games. Flawless!!
