Does all Atari 800 (not XL) have “800 U” on the serial label?

sorry thought you said there where no UK marks,  the power supply would have to be a UK supply, US supply is half that of UK and wouldn't plug up... if you managed to get it to plug up using simple prong adapter all the smoke would escape and nothing would work...

Inside it looks UK but outside on the label there is no 800U just 800. That’s why I was wondering why?

Perhaps when Atari first started building the UK PAL 800 they didn't have the updated serial number labels, so shipped the early ones with the NTSC label. Do you know the serial numbers of these units(I have noticed that the UK PAL 800 serial numbers usually start with BK, while the P(non-UK PAL) version started with 052)?
