It’s one I ran into ages ago when playing the “Glenn the 5200 Man” computer conversion. Since then, I’ve seen numerous threads referencing it, and it is also mentioned in the AtariProtos review. If you die at the same time a prize is destroying an energizer, you won’t ever be able to complete the current level. It doesn’t come up all that often, but it’s annoying when it does.
