How do you get a Switch Lite repaired?

My Daughter's switch has some sound issues.   I haven't been able to find a way to fix it, so I've been trying to open a repair ticket at Nintendo.   When I try on the Nintendo site, I get taken to a FAQ page without a way to open a request.    It looks like they shut down repair services in March due to COVID but were reopening them in some capacity since.   I still don't see a way to open a ticket except for joy-con issues.

 

Are they still not doing repairs?  What are my options here?

That's odd -- as far as I know, they are doing repairs.

Honestly, give up on the website and just call their customer service number -- 1 800 255 3700.

Call them. I applied for their offered joycon repairs for my kid six months ago (for the drifting issue). They never responded, but their system sent me a survey asking how "good" the service I received from the technician was. Again, nobody ever contacted me.

 

That said, thanks for reminding me to call them myself and give them a piece of my mind.
