Lynx GD problem

Okay, finally got around to ordering a Lynx GD. Been meaning to for a while, but you know, life, the

universe and everything...  :)

 

Anyway, logged in, go to store, add the Lynx GD, go to chart/checkout, it asks for *another* login,

which it will not accept no matter what I type in. (even though I was logged in when I went there).

 

So...tried the forgot password option. Won't accept any e-mail I put in, says they have no record of it.

 

Right. The same e-mail I've had since I joined AtariAge decades ago.

 

So...who's the best person at AtariAge to contact to try to get their snafu'ed system working correctly

for me?

The Store login is, unfortunately, completely separate from the forum.  You will either need to checkout as a guest, or create a new account in the store.  These systems were written by completely different companies, so it's not easy for me to try and link them together.  I looked in the store and don't see an account with the same email you are using with the forum.

No problem at all, it's not obvious.  Something I definitely would like to improve in the future!  Just waiting until I get the store moved to new software before I try to make headway on that front.  :)
