atrax27407 Posted November 28, 2020 Share Posted November 28, 2020 (edited) I have six (6) chips for which I need the product IDs (I couldn't find them in the datasheets). I usually have them in my chip inventory but I currently don't have them so I am unable to read the data for myself. They are: Hitachi HN482764AG Mitsubishi M5L2764K M5L27128 NEC D27128D TI TMS2764 TMS27128 If anyone with a EPROM programmer who has these chips and could read the Chip ID and pass them on to me, I would appreciate it.
