MegaManFan
Sorry for the bump but I'm looking for some help on this one. A lot of the lists I've seen are incomplete (don't include late releases), mixed (included physical and digital), or not region specific (throw US, Japan and Europe together). I want an accurate NTSC count.
DragonGrafx-16
I thought the Wii U was HD (uses HDMI) and so there is no NTSC anymore... it would be more accurate to say NA region games. Those are Still NTSC video standards. that said, I do agree using NTSC to mean USA or North America is misleading considering Japan and many other regions of the world also use NTSC. DragonGrafx-16
Huh I don't recall seeing NTSC on Wii U game cases...

DragonGrafx-16
See... same for Xbox 360 games and any other game that came in a DVD case for consoles. Also I think even PS1 games had it...
MegaManFan
This is a lively and lovely discussion ? but I can’t edit the topic post at this late date to say “complete United States and Canada region physical games list.” I just want to know if this list is accurate. I’m not counting Japanese or European games because they weren’t sold here and (sadly) don’t work without mods or using a region specific console. krslam
I think you're missing The Smurfs 2.

I now own Trap Team and I’ve got Wipeout 3 coming in the mail so unless I’m missing anything else that’s 168 NA physical Wii U games for 100% completion. The list at the top of the thread has been updated accordingly.
Emulator 67
When I lived in California, I visited Game Dude in North Hollywood. They are a nice used video game store and they provide video game lists for many retro and modern consoles. Check out their website for the lists. Their Wii U list is almost as complete as yours (missing Shakedown Hawaii). http://www.gamedude.com/#
MegaManFan
Surprise! I've updated the list again and it now includes variants. In the last 24 hours I've confirmed nine Nintendo Selects for North America, and oddly enough the HTF one is Just Dance 2015. (You don't have to take my word for it - try to find it.) I've also confirmed an error variant for New Super Mario Bros. U + New Luigi U. It's not actually hard to find at all, but eBay sellers who know about it are trying to jack up the price. If you look down in the lower left corner, some copies are missing the letter A in the multi-lingual "rated E for everyone" logo. It's believed these come from a Wii U console that bundled the game, but as mine didn't come that way, I can't say if all or any bundled versions are the error one. I also accidentally confirmed two different versions of Tekken Tag Team Tournament 2 -- I was about to sell off or trade my spare copy until I noticed they each had different artwork with different characters on the front. I labeled them "black" and "red" based on predominant color. Edited August 30 by MegaManFan
MegaManFan
I also made a video covering my latest discoveries. Don't let those eBay sellers fool you! The "error" version isn't hard to find.
