Flashback X - NEED HELP!

I've been trying to update the firmware for my Atari Flashback X to add games, but the Android Tool will not recognize it whenever I hold the internal reset and power it on.

 

Anybody else have this issue?  Any ideas what to do?  I'm following the instructions.

everyone has had this issue. window is most likely blocking the driver signatures.

try doing the update on a windows 7 machine, thats what i did. Or download up to date rockchip drivers, or make sure your windows machine isnt blocking the driver.

Are you absolutely sure you are using a data cable?
