+jeremiahjt Posted January 27, 2021 Share Posted January 27, 2021 (edited) I am completely stuck on Bonus Level 28, Tarmaze (code LOTL). You need 20 crystals and there is no time limit. The entire level is covered in tar except for the tar generators. I know from beating level 143 that you can make white crystals from tar, but I do not think it is possible here as there are no breakable blocks or arrow blocks. Scattered throughout the level are point bags, bomb pickups, bullet improvements, and TNT. I have cleared every single tar block and not found one crystal. Anybody know how to beat this one? +jeremiahjt Posted January 30, 2021 Author Share Posted January 30, 2021 Finally beat this level. You have to make a U of hard rock blocks by blowing up tar. Alternatively you can make an L against the wall. Then you let the tar fill in the empty space and blow up one tar block at the back of the space to make a white crystal.
