Can you test the homebrew game "astar"? It's in the PlusROM Homebrew section. "Public ROMs/Homebrew/NTSC/A-D/astar_ntsc.bin" Start a game and see if it plays correctly. Thanks The start up screen in Vroom is moving like the video. Here's what I captured: The game Astar seems to run fine if I just press the button to start the game. If the Right+Reset to Exit is enabled, the screen just goes to blank screen if I press just reset or select. With a normal 2600, it exits out to the menu if I press reset. Does the pacman character move around the screen okay? The reason I'm asking is because I have a concern that the 6507 in the Janice is different to the discrete 6507 found in other 2600s. It would be awful if it was different but I'm not ready to discount the idea just yet. One way I believe it might be different is how the CPU's "undocumented" instructions are implemented. In later versions of the 6502 group of processors, the "undocumented" instructions are implemented "correctly" and are effectively NOPs. The AStar game is a game that would be affected if this was the case. Another game that would be affected is Thomas's Bot and Tom game. In fact, that might be a better test because the difference will be immediately apparent. Hopefully, both games play exactly as intended. Kupakai
The pacman character seemed to move the same way in Janice 2600. I tried the Bot and Tom game and the only issue I saw was that it would drop back to menu after loading, but if I set the disable Right+Reset, it would work fine, similar to Halo and Cosmic Ark. That's great! I can put that idea to bed now.

SmakyTaky
I am thinking on getting some boards to build a Duo PlusCart+SD (not sure if there's a difference between these two). So after reading through most of the posts in this topic I am still unsure what are the latest gerbers or design files I should use. I noticed some kicad and eagle ones. I mostly use KiCAD, however, what would be the latest files I should use to request PCBs from JLCPCB?
