Do we have the Rave99 speech adapter PAL equations?

I am in the process of updating the genevefaq.

 

I noticed this note:

You will need to use a RAVE Speech adapter. A Corcomp TripleTech card will NOT work. Note, while fixing WHT SCSI controllers to work with the Geneve, Michael Becker noticed problems with the timing of the PAL on the RAVE Speech adapter. Michael issued an updated PAL which might be available from Richard Bell.

 

Does anyone know if the new pal/gal equations take the geneve's timing issue into account?

No, this one will not work on the geneve from what I've heard.

@Shift838 did you have to change anything in the rave speech pal to make it work with the Geneve?

 

Studying up a bit on PALS.

 

This looks like a two input, or gate with it's output being a NOT.

What does the symbol on the bottom of this gate mean?

We brute-forced the RAVE99 PAL, so I believe it is a complete reverse engineer or the original PAL.  @Fritz442 worked out the equations, he would be the guy to answer this question.

If you mean the extra curves at the top and bottom, I think it's just the way they are drawn if they have many inputs. See page 5 of https://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/pal16r6am.pdf?ts=1703840808584 for another example.
